When to Repair vs. Replace

A general rule: if the upper (the part that wraps your foot) is in good condition, the shoe is almost always worth repairing. Sole wear, heel damage and stitching failures are routine fixes. If the upper leather is cracked through or torn extensively, replacement may be more practical. We provide honest assessments — we will tell you if a repair is not cost-effective.
