Yes. Collection and delivery are completely free with no minimum order, anywhere in our Dubai coverage. You only pay for the cleaning, repair or restoration service itself.
In most communities we can arrange same-day or next-day collection. Standard turnaround is 96 hours, and express is just 24-48 hours for AED 25 extra when you need a pair back fast.
Yes. We cover established and newer developments alike, including Tilal Al Ghaf, DAMAC Lagoons, DAMAC Hills, Dubai Creek Harbour and Production City. Each has its own location page with local pickup details.
No matter which of the 38+ Dubai neighbourhoods you're in, the process is the same: message us on WhatsApp with your address and preferred pickup slot, our driver collects your items at the door, and your shoes are returned within 3-5 working days for standard clean or 5-7 working days for full restoration. Same-day pickup is available for orders placed before 3 pm.
