How free pickup and delivery works in Jumeirah
Jumeirah is a villa neighbourhood, so we have built our pickup around gates, not lobbies. Message us on WhatsApp with a photo of the shoes or bags and your street — a villa off Al Wasl Road in Jumeirah 2, a side street behind Mercato — and we will agree a collection window that fits around the school run. Our driver comes to your gate and your items go straight to our workshop; for apartments at Port de La Mer we coordinate with your building’s reception instead. Once everything is finished, we message you photos and deliver back to the same gate. Both trips are free, with no minimum number of pairs.

Can you fix leather that has gone stiff from the sea air?
In most cases, yes. Salt exposure dries leather out rather than destroying it, so a deep clean followed by proper conditioning usually restores flexibility and colour depth. If leather has cracked through, we will tell you honestly on WhatsApp — before you pay anything — what can be recovered.
