Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed through our website or customer support.

• Full payment must be made before or upon collection/delivery of shoes.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Liability

• While we take the utmost care in cleaning your shoes, Clean My Shoes is not liable for pre-existing damage, color fading, or wear and tear.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions).

Customer Responsibility

• Customers must check their shoes before handing them over and disclose any special material or issues.

• Uncollected shoes after 30 days may be disposed of or donated.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are only applicable if the service was not delivered as agreed.

• Cancellations must be made before the order is processed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
